Self-custody boundary

AurasPay Wallet is designed so users control wallet recovery information and transaction approvals.

Readable approvals

Review the network, asset, amount, destination and requested permission before signing.

Official access

Use wallet.auraspay.com and official download links. A familiar logo alone does not verify a website.

WALLET SECURITY CHECKLIST

Protect the parts only you can control.

Self-custody removes a custodial account reset. Device protection, recovery planning and careful approval review therefore matter together.

01

Keep recovery data private

Store recovery information offline and never share it with support, a provider, a website form or an unexpected caller.

02

Verify every destination

Check the complete address, selected blockchain network and token contract where relevant before sending.

03

Review connected applications

Disconnect sessions you no longer use and inspect token allowances or permissions before approving them.

04

Protect the device

Use a strong device lock, current software and trusted app sources. Treat screen sharing and remote access as sensitive.

Security

AurasPay support will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.

If someone requests recovery information, asks you to move assets to a “safe” address, or contacts you unexpectedly, stop and verify through the official support page.

Security questions, answered clearly.

Generally no. Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by the wallet operator.

No. In a self-custody design, recovery data is not a resettable account password.

Use the official support email and include the link, sender details and screenshots. Never include a recovery phrase or private key.
